Troon, Aguila Golf Course in Laveen, AZ, seeks a Snack Bar Attendant to deliver prompt, personalized service to guests and members in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

No prior experience is required, as training will be provided. The role includes handling POS transactions, maintaining a clean work area, and assisting other food and beverage staff while upholding liquor laws and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• No experience required, but training will be provided.
• Must meet alcohol-serving age requirement and have a Certified Food Handler's Card.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Experience using Point of Sale (POS) systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensures guests are attended to in a prompt, efficient and personalized manner.
• Prepares and serves food and beverage items.
• Maintains an organized and clean work area.
• Controls inventory through monitoring food and beverage products.
• Receives deliveries and ensures proper storage.
• Reports to department manager when supplies need to be ordered.
• Stocks and inventories products.
• Responds to customer questions regarding facility information.
• Supports food servers and beverage cart attendants to ensure excellent service.
• Keeps up-to-date knowledge of state liquor laws and SOPs.
• Communicates guest concerns to Director of Food & Beverage and Chef.
• Reviews daily schedule and events.
• Processes snack bar purchases with EZLinks POS system.
• Accounts for cash and checks.
• Incorporates safe work practices.
• Performs other duties as required.

Key Responsibilities of the Snack Bar Attendant:

• Ensures guests are attended to in a prompt, efficient and personalized manner.
• Prepares and serves food and beverage items.
• Maintains an organized and clean work area.
• Controls inventory through conscientious use and careful monitoring of all food and beverage products.
• Receives deliveries of product from vendors and ensures proper storage.
• Reports to department manager when supplies need to be ordered.
• Stocks and inventories products.
• Responds to customer questions regarding the general information of the facility.
• Supplies support to food servers and beverage cart attendants to ensure excellent service to members and guests.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by the management.
• Communicates guest concerns or comments immediately to the Director, Food and Beverage, and Chef.
• Reviews schedule for changes, calendar of events, and facility activities daily.
• Processes snack bar purchases with EZLinks point of sales(POS) system
• Accountable for cash and check transactions.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications of the Snack Bar Attendant:

• No Experience necessary, but will train.
• Must be able to meet the age requirement for serving alcohol and have obtained a Certified Food Handler's Card.

Other Qualifications:

• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Experience using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
