Job summary

Troon is seeking a Food & Beverage Associate at Coyote Springs Golf Club, NV. You will support the F&B department across bar, grill and banquet operations, delivering attentive service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in F&B, knowledge of health and liquor regulations, and strong customer service and communication skills. Current TAM Alcohol Awareness Card and a Las Vegas METRO work card are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related experience in F&B.
• Knowledge of health regulations and liquor laws.
• Experience in food/beverage cart and banquet operations.
• Highly organized, efficient and detail oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong service orientation.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
