Job summary

Quintero Golf Club, located in Peoria, AZ, is seeking a Full-Time Beverage Cart Attendant to join Troon, a global leader in golf and hospitality. You will operate the beverage cart, assist guests on the course, and contribute to a fast-paced service environment.

Key duties include stocking and cleaning the cart, handling checks and cash, using the POS system, and maintaining knowledge of golf etiquette and state liquor laws.

Qualifications

• Must meet state age requirements to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Ensure beverage cart is ready for rounds and operates smoothly.
• Stock and clean beverage cart throughout the day.
• Maintain knowledge of golf etiquette and state liquor laws as directed by management.
• Serve food and beverages to guests on the course.
• Handle checks and cash transactions, including high-volume periods.
• Use POS system and generate daily sales reports.
• Communicate guest concerns to the Director of Food and Beverage and Chef.
• Incorporate safe work practices and perform additional duties as required.

We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Key Responsibilities of the Beverage Cart:

• Confirms beverage cart is fully operational before starting rounds on the course.
• Stocks and cleans beverage cart throughout the day.
• Maintains and exhibits knowledge of proper golf course etiquette.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by the management.
• Ensures guests are attended to in a prompt, efficient and personalized manner.
• Serves food and beverage items to guests while on the course.
• Responds to customer questions regarding the general information of facility.
• Reviews schedules for changes, calendar of events and club activities on a daily basis.
• Accountable for all checks and cash transactions that may, at times, may be high volume.
• Utilizes Point of Sales system (POS) and creates daily sales reports.
• Communicates guest concerns or comments immediately to the Director of Food and Beverage and Chef.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications for the Beverage Cart:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Must be able to meet state age requirements to serve alcohol.

Other Qualifications:

• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Experience preferred but not required
