Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser in Des Moines/West Des Moines, IA. You will stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit, ensuring a neat, on-brand snack aisle experience.

You’ll work with the Retail Territory Manager to keep shelves stocked and displays accurate, follow merchandising principles, and engage store teams.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred for this role.
• Positive, professional attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with insurance to a variety of store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Physical ability for lifting, bending, and moving product up to 25 lbs, and up to 50 lbs for pushing/pulling.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and customer focus.
• Stock shelves and rotate products to maintain brand standards.
• Execute in-store visits following DSD merchandising principles and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans and schedules.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and retail teams via Salesforce.
