DRiV Distribution Smyrna, TN is hiring for Warehouse Material Handler and Machine Operator roles. We offer day and night shifts with overtime potential and on-the-job training to help you start a long-term career.

No prior experience is required for some positions; we provide paid training, safety certification, and room for growth within the DRiV family.

Qualifications

Warehouse Material Handler | Machine Operator Team Member

Pay & Shifts

.50 cent raise every 6 months for 1 year.

Day Shift (Full-Time Only)

Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Machine Operator:$16.50/hour

Material Handler:$18.00/hour

Night Shift

Full-Time:Monday – Thursday | 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM or 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM

Night Shift Material Handler:$18.00/hour + $1.00 shift differential = $19.00/hour

Full-Time:Friday – Sunday | 12-hour shifts

Full-time positions may require mandatory overtime.

What You'll Do

Material Handlers & Packers

Receive and unload incoming shipments

Store inventory in designated warehouse locations

Pick customer orders using RF scanners

Verify product accuracy and quantities

Pack and prepare orders for shipment

Load outbound trailers

Follow safety, quality, and productivity standards

Support daily warehouse operations as needed

Qualifications

Physical Requirements

Stand and walk for up to 10–12 hours per shift

Frequently required to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, reach with arms & hands, lift, sit, talk, and hear.

Lift up to 50 pounds independently

Work around moving equipment and warehouse traffic

Work in hot and cold warehouse conditions

Occasionally work at heights up to 30 feet

Packer positions may require repetitive lifting and stationary work for extended periods.
