DRiV Distribution in Smyrna, TN is hiring for Warehouse Material Handler and Machine Operator roles across day, night, and weekend shifts. These entry-level positions offer paid training and certification opportunities, with a clear path to growth within DRiV’s automotive aftermarket division.

Employees will receive on-the-job training, work with RF scanners, and play a key role in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills.

• Strong attention to detail and quality.

• Willingness to learn and become certified on powered industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming shipments.
• Store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick customer orders using RF scanners.
• Verify product accuracy and quantities.
• Pack and prepare orders for shipment.
• Load outbound trailers.
• Follow safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Support daily warehouse operations as needed.

Warehouse Material Handler | Machine Operator Team Member

Pay & Shifts

.50 cent raise every 6 months for 1 year.

Day Shift (Full-Time Only)

Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

• Machine Operator:$16.50/hour
• Material Handler:$18.00/hour

Night Shift

Full-Time:Monday - Thursday | 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM or 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM

• Night Shift Material Handler:$18.00/hour + $1.00 shift differential = $19.00/hour

Weekend Shift

Full-Time:Friday - Sunday | 12-hour shifts

Available schedules:

• Machine Operator & Inbound 5:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Outbound 6:30 AM - 7:0 PM

• Weekend Shift Machine Operator:$16.50/hour + $1.50 shift differential = $18.00/hour
• Weekend Shift Material Handler:$18.00/hour + $1.50 shift differential = $19.50/hour

Full-time positions may require mandatory overtime.

What You'll Do

Material Handlers & Packers

• Receive and unload incoming shipments

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours per shift
• Frequently required to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, reach with arms & hands, lift, sit, talk, and hear.
• Lift up to 50 pounds independently
• Work around moving equipment and warehouse traffic
• Work in hot and cold warehouse conditions
• Occasionally work at heights up to 30 feet

Packer positions may require repetitive lifting and stationary work for extended periods.

Interview Requirements

• Dress code: No sweatpants, no pajamas.
