Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing or with SMT equipment or strong computer skills.
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions and BOMs.
• Attention to detail when identifying similar part numbers.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and adjust automated SMT pick-and-place machines.
• Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Identify components with similar part numbers.
• Perform small-component hand assembly using a microscope.
• Follow work instructions, setup sheets, routers, drawings, and BOMs.
• Conduct quality checks and adhere to quality standards.
• Report concerns to prevent errors.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation.
• Handle non-conforming products appropriately.
