Job summary

Unigen is seeking a Production Operator SMT Lead in Newark, CA to set up and operate SMT machines on a swing shift. You will report to the Production Supervisor and contribute to a high‑volume electronics manufacturing environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, hands‑on SMT equipment knowledge, proficiency with MS Office, and at least three years in manufacturing. You must be able to lift up to 15 pounds and stand for an eight‑hour shift.

Qualifications

• Experience with SMT equipment and assembly processes.
• At least 3 years in a manufacturing production environment.

Responsibilities
