Job summary

You will load boards, components and feeders, perform visual inspections, and help ensure quality and throughput according to work instructions. A 1+ year manufacturing background and a high school diploma are required, with familiarity in SMT equipment and IPC‑610. 401(k) matching is offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of on‑the‑job experience in manufacturing or SMT
• High school diploma is required
• Ability to work with speed and accuracy and follow written and verbal instructions
• Familiarity with SMT automatic assembly equipment: Screen Printer, SPI, Pick & Place, Reflow Oven
• IPC‑A‑610 Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now (Employee Self‑Service Portal)

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate automated SMT assembly equipment including Screen Printer, Pick and Place, Reflow Oven, and X‑Ray Machine
• Load boards and components, load feeders, and perform visual inspections
• Unload finished assemblies and store per work instructions
• Monitor processes and report discrepancies to supervisor or line lead
• Assist in cross‑training and share best practices
