Qualifications

• Mentor Level 1 operators in soldering techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced hand soldering and touch-up rework on SMT and through-hole components.
• Remove/install components per IPC-A-610 and process instructions.
• Communicate and troubleshoot quality issues with Production Leader.

Skills

3-5 years manufacturing experience in electronics assembly

Strong working knowledge of components, polarity, and soldering techniques

Proficient in IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 standards

Skilled in ESD and board handling best practices
