Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking an SMT technician to support programming and troubleshooting on the SMT line, assist with ASM setup, DEK/Juki printer setup, and SPI programming.

You will help optimize placement, support laser marking/auto-loader conveyors, SMEMA interfaces, tooling administration, and profiling for reflow ovens and wave soldering. 2+ years of SMT experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of SMT experience or equivalent hands-on work.
• Experience with inline programming and troubleshooting on production lines.

Responsibilities

• SMT programming and troubleshooting on the production line.
• ASM setup support and printer setup (DEK/Juki).
• SPI programming and placement optimization.
• Support laser marking, auto-loader/conveyor, and SMEMA interfaces.
• Profiling and setup for reflow ovens, wave soldering, and other process equipment.
• Support BGA rework and X-ray equipment.
