Job summary

Fabrinet West in Santa Clara, CA, is seeking an SMT technician to support programming, troubleshooting, setup and process improvements on the SMT line.

You will handle ASM setup support, printer setups for DEK/Juki, SPI programming and line optimization, and profiling on reflow ovens. Experience with coatings and SRT BGA rework is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years preferred in SMT programming/troubleshooting.

PURPOSE:

Support SMT line on programming/troubleshooting, setup and process improvements

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES / DUTIES:

1.SMT Programming & troubleshooting, ASM setup support, DEK/Juki printer setup support, SPI programming and support, ASM placement optimization, Reflow oven profiling support.

2.Laser marking/labeling machine and auto-loader/conveyor support.

3.SMEMA support. Tooling and fixtures administrative support.

4.Auto-insertion machine support.

5.ERSA Selective Soldering Programming, troubleshooting & setup support,Wave soldering setup support,

6.Press fit, Router, Wash machine and Curing oven profiling support.

7.SRT BGA rework station and X-ray machine support.
