Job summary

Regal Technology Partners in Santa Ana, CA, is seeking an SMT Operator to support setup, operation, and maintenance of SMT equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will monitor production, perform routine maintenance, ensure safety and quality standards, and keep accurate production records. Preferred candidates have a high school diploma and proven experience operating SMT equipment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating SMT equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain SMT equipment to ensure the efficient production of high-quality electronic components
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Monitor production processes to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and achieve production goals
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Assist with companywide tasks.
