Selectemp in Corvallis is seeking an SMT Operator to join a high-tech electronics team. You will handle mechanical setup, operation and routine maintenance of SMT equipment, including feeder setup, stencil printing, reflow profiling and pick-and-place processes.

You will work with QA to verify board quality and follow SOPs, while cross-training on program verification and library maintenance to broaden your skills. This on-site daytime role offers a steady weekday schedule.

Formación

• Experience in electronics manufacturing or PCA assembly.
• Ability to read digital assembly instructions and interpret technical documents.
• Detail-oriented with adherence to SOPs and quality standards.
• Able to stand for extended periods and operate machinery.

Responsabilidades

• Feeder setup & teardown according to production schedules and proper labeling.
• Stencil printer setup, align stencils, apply solder paste, and post-run cleaning.
• Reflow oven setup and execution of correct profiles for each run.
• Machine operation and setup including conveyors, nozzles, and programs; run SMT pick-and-place equipment.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and troubleshoot SMT equipment.
• Coordinate with QA to inspect board accuracy, document deviations, and ensure IPC quality standards.
• Participate in cross-training on program verification and library maintenance.
