Qualifications

• Experience in SMT operation or electronics assembly with a hands-on background.
• Ability to read and follow BOMs, work instructions and drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify issues in parts and assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor SMT production equipment.
• Load feeders and verify components against BOMs and work orders.
• Inspect assemblies before, during, and after SMT processing.
• Follow IPC workmanship standards and safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and document production steps.
