Spectra-Tech Manufacturing Inc. in Batavia Township, OH, is seeking a SMT Machine Operator to load, set up, monitor, and run high-speed SMT equipment for PCB assemblies. We welcome training for dependable individuals with attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.

Starting wage is $18.50 per hour with potential for experience-based raises; eligible for a $500 hiring/retention bonus and a $100 monthly attendance award, plus every Friday off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic mechanical and computer skills.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, BOMs, drawings, and production documentation.
• Dependable attendance and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate high-speed SMT equipment to manufacture PCB assemblies.
• Load feeders, trays, reels, boards and materials into production equipment.
• Verify part numbers, values, quantities, and feeder locations against documentation.
• Monitor equipment and production output for correct operation.
• Perform component reel changes and material replenishment as needed.
• Identify and respond to alarms, misfeeds and production issues.
• Complete required production, material, traceability and quality documentation.
