Qualifications

• 3-5 years of equipment maintenance experience required.
• 2+ years with SMT production equipment preferred.
• U.S. citizenship is required due to Department of Energy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Work with Manufacturing Engineers on process improvements.
• Ensure processes meet internal quality standards.

Skills

Strong troubleshooting skills (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic)

Proficiency using basic hand tools

Ability to read technical drawings and schematics

Experience with SMT line equipment

Microsoft Office proficiency

Education

Associate degree in Electronics or related technical field

High School Diploma or GED
