Candidates should possess an Associate's Degree and 2-4 years of related experience, preferably with SMT and robotic assembly equipment. Strong troubleshooting skills are essential. You'll be responsible for preventative maintenance and addressing equipment issues to ensure smooth factory operations.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of related experience required.
• Experience working with SMT and other robotic assembly equipment preferred.
• Ability to work well with other members of the technical and production staffs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair and improve machinery throughout the factory.
• Evaluate, dismantle, adjust, repair and assemble equipment according to various plans.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues in work cells containing integrated machines.
