Job summary

Foxconn WI is seeking an Equipment Engineer to support technical and operational tasks in manufacturing. The role includes maintaining equipment, troubleshooting issues, training staff, and developing standard operating procedures. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and over 3 years' experience in SMT manufacturing or electronic assembly. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an SMT manufacturing environment preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in an electronic assembly environment preferred.
• Working knowledge of ECR/ECN engineering processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and adherence to specifications.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime.
• Train staff on safety procedures and cleanroom protocols.
• Develop, write, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).
