Job summary

Wistron InfoComm USA is seeking an experienced PSE Equipment Engineer to install, set up, troubleshoot, and continuously improve SMT and DIP production equipment. You will work with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and meet production targets.

The role requires hands-on experience with PCB assembly equipment, electrical schematics, PLCs, and IPC/ESD practices. You will coordinate with vendors and train operators in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on SMT/DIP manufacturing experience.
• Experience reading electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain SMT/DIP equipment and processes.
• Perform root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and documentation.
• Support NPI activities with equipment readiness and line setup.
• Coordinate with vendors for support, upgrades, and spare parts.
• Train operators on operation and safety procedures.
