Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years in a manufacturing environment with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of SMT/DIP processes and equipment, and ERP usage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily SMT, DIP, and MPA operations, including line setup and runs.
• Ensure production schedules and work orders are completed on time per customer requirements.
• Manage WIP levels and aging targets; coordinate with Planning, QA, and Supply Chain.
• Drive output while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency objectives.
• Coach and develop operators and team leaders; conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure training on equipment, processes, quality, and safety procedures.
• Lead Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma initiatives; drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor and address issues affecting safety, quality, productivity, or delivery.
