Job summary

Star Engineering Inc is seeking a full-time, on-site Surface Mount Operator based in North Attleboro, MA. The role entails operating and monitoring SMT equipment to assemble printed circuit boards in accordance with work instructions, production schedules and strict quality standards.

Candidates should have SMT production experience, be able to read drawings and BOMs, and understand electronics manufacturing with proper handling of ESD-sensitive components. PCB assembly experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with SMT production processes and basic maintenance
• Ability to read assembly drawings, BOMs, and work instructions
• Understanding of electronics manufacturing, including handling ESD-sensitive components
• Experience in PCB assembly or electronics manufacturing preferred
