Job summary

Apogee Engineering, LLC seeks an SMPES Futures Team Specialist (NC3 & Cyber) to provide senior requirements integration, governance, and operational analysis for SMPES with emphasis on NC3 and cyberspace mission needs. The role includes coordination with RRAB, IROB, and leadership on requirements and assessments.

The position is full-time at Offutt AFB, NE, requiring US citizenship and a TS/SCI clearance. Relevant DoD experience and strong writing skills are essential for success in this

Qualifications

• Citizenship: US citizen.
• Clearance: TS w/SCI eligibility.
• Education and Experience options detailed in posting.
• 5+ years supporting the DoW; strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile processes.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence; requirements governance and staff coordination.

Responsibilities

• Analyze NC3, cyberspace, SMPES, and capability gaps and identify operational impacts.
• Translate needs into clear, traceable requirements and staffing packages.
• Coordinate with users, managers, PO, programs, developers, and engineers to resolve issues.
• Facilitate working groups, prepare agendas, minutes, action trackers, and follow-up materials.
• Maintain governance processes, templates, and traceability for SMPES efforts.
• Support IROB Secretariat tasks and requirements flow continuity.
• Evaluate capability implementation and prepare assessment summaries for leadership.
