ACGBBQ, LLC., a Sonny’s BBQ licensed franchisee, is seeking a Prep Person to uphold BBQ quality and food safety standards. You’ll support BOH operations, assist in receiving and storing inventory, and help ensure consistency across all menu items.

Responsibilities

• Follow all policies to ensure food quality and safety.
• Rotate cooked and raw products correctly.
• Maintain sanitary BOH areas.
• Assist with inventory pars and ordering.
• Support in catering events and high-end offerings.
• Train BOH team on cooking and reheating standards.
• Communicate challenges affecting standards.
