Job summary

Tyson Foods in New London, Wisconsin is seeking a Machine Operator to haul raw or cooked racked product across the plant. Responsibilities include weighing, loading, and moving product through smokehouses, steam boxes, and chills, and recording data via computer/handheld devices.

The role requires lifting and pushing up to 1,000 pounds, standing for long periods, and adherence to food safety and GMP standards. Previous RF scanner experience is preferred, with a 1st shift schedule.

Qualifications

• 3 months of work history with the same employer.
• RF Scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Haul raw or cooked racked product plant wide.
• Weigh and load product into/out of smokehouses, steam boxes, chills.
• Mark house number/day code letter on product tags.
• Enter data into computer/handheld system (weights, destinations, rack numbers).
• Operate brine/garner/air chills and document product temperatures.
