Jack Link’s Protein Snacks is hiring a Smokehouse Operator in Wisconsin to operate and monitor smokehouse processes ensuring safe, high-quality product. You will handle ovens, verify procedures, and maintain clean, compliant work areas in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience/training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred: 1–2 years relevant experience; Experience with Alkar and/or EnviroPak Smokehouse Ovens; Knowledge of SAP.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor all smokehouse processes to ensure safe, high-quality product.
• Load and unload product into and out of ovens.
• Increase efficiencies and product quality.
• Maintain safe, clean and organized work areas.
• Monitor smokehouse and cook processes for accuracy.
• Adjust cooking procedures based on product thickness.
