Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 months of work history with the same employer.
• Work shift: 2nd shift.
• Must follow safety procedures and GMP/SQF standards.
• Ability to perform basic math and operate equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Pack all smoked meat items.
• Supply line with boxes, product and pallets.
• Set up and run all equipment, film, and labels.
• Clean and cover machines at the end of shift.
• Move up to 700-pound tanks and use pallet jacks to transport.
• Follow OSHA/PIT safety standards and record product information.
