Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company in Lincolnton, NC, is hiring production team members to operate and monitor injection molding machines, assemble, trim, inspect, and move finished goods in a safe, team‑oriented environment.

You will follow procedures to meet production goals, maintain 5S cleanliness, complete paperwork, and report issues. High school diploma or GED preferred; manufacturing experience a plus; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor injection molding machines.
• Perform assembly, trimming, hot stamping, and basic rework.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Stack and move finished goods safely.
• Complete production paperwork and track scrap.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area (5S).
• Communicate with team members and report any issues.

What You’ll Do

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 30 lbs regularly
• Frequent standing, reaching, and handling of parts
