Rehrig Pacific Company in Lincolnton, NC is seeking a production team member to operate injection molding machines, assemble components, and help maintain a safe, efficient work area. This role supports quality checks and collaborates with teammates to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor injection molding machines.
• Perform assembly, trimming, hot stamping, and basic rework.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Stack and move finished goods safely.
• Complete production paperwork and track scrap.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area (5S).
• Communicate with team members and report any issues.
