Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company, Inc. is seeking an Injection Molding Operator in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. You will operate and monitor molding machines, perform assembly tasks, inspect products, and move finished goods in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor injection molding machines
• Perform assembly, trimming, hot stamping, and basic rework
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Stack and move finished goods safely
• Complete production paperwork and track scrap
• Maintain a clean, organized work area (5S)
• Communicate with team members and report any issues

What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor injection molding machines
• Perform assembly, trimming, hot stamping, and basic rework
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Stack and move finished goods safely
• Complete production paperwork and track scrap
• Maintain a clean, organized work area (5S)
• Communicate with team members and report any issues

What We’re Looking For

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 30 lbs regularly
• Frequent standing, reaching, and handling of parts
• Move materials with assistive equipment as needed
