Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking production operators to operate and monitor injection molding machines, assemble parts, and perform quality checks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will stack and move finished goods, complete paperwork, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while adhering to 5S standards and production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience a plus.
• Team-oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow procedures and meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor injection molding machines.
• Perform assembly, trimming, hot stamping, and basic rework.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Stack and move finished goods safely.
• Complete production paperwork and track scrap.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area (5S).
• Communicate with team members and report any issues.

What You’ll Do

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 30 lbs regularly
• Frequent standing, reaching, and handling of parts
• Move materials with assistive equipment as needed
