Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company, Inc. is seeking an Injection Molding Operator in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will operate and monitor molding machines, perform assembly tasks, inspect products, and keep a clean, safe work area to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor injection molding machines to produce parts.
• Perform assembly, trimming, hot stamping, and basic rework as needed.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Stack and move finished goods safely.
• Complete production paperwork and track scrap.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area (5S).
• Communicate with team members and report any issues.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor injection molding machines
• Perform assembly, trimming, hot stamping, and basic rework
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Stack and move finished goods safely
• Complete production paperwork and track scrap
• Maintain a clean, organized work area (5S)
• Communicate with team members and report any issues

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience a plus
• Team-oriented with strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow procedures and meet production goals

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 30 lbs regularly
• Frequent standing, reaching, and handling of parts
• Move materials with assistive equipment as needed
