Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company in Lincolnton, NC is seeking a dependable teammate to operate our pallet sorting line and contribute to a fast-paced, safety‑driven team.

You will inspect pallets, sort by manufacturer and grade, and may operate a forklift with training provided. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to Clean as You Go practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn machine and forklift operation (training provided).
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to work well with diverse coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a large industrial pallet sorting machine to sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade.
• Perform hands-on inspections and manual sorting as needed.
• May operate a forklift (training & certification provided) to load/unload trailers and move materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace through “Clean as You Go” practices.
• Lift up to 70 lbs consistently and perform repetitive motions throughout your shift.
• Meet production and quality goals while working collaboratively with your team.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by site leadership.
