The Small/Medium Business Specialist will sell primary and ancillary communications solutions to SMBs in a defined territory, build a Territory Plan, generate new internet customers, and achieve revenue goals through

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Knowledge of communications technologies and services, with an emphasis on internet fundamentals.
• Proven sales history of meeting or exceeding targets preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Help generate new internet customers and sell primary and ancillary services.
• Manage orders and ensure accuracy in sales documentation and contracts.
• Handoff non-sales inquiries to Customer Service; focus on selling.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and CRM entries.
• Meet and exceed performance standards per SOP and sales model.
• Attend and participate in scheduled sales meetings.
