Job summary

Wire 3 is expanding its team in Florida and seeks a Small/Medium Business Specialist to drive new internet service sales among SMBs in the territory. You will prospect, present bundles, and close deals leveraging Wire 3's fiber offerings and competitive pricing.

Responsibilities include generating leads, managing orders, maintaining CRM records, and meeting performance standards. A high school diploma is required, with 3–5 years outside sales and a valid driver’s license preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Outside sales experience in a high transaction, short closing cycle model is preferred; 3–5 years.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Sell primary and ancillary communications solutions to SMBs within a territory.
• Generate leads and manage from initial contact to sale.
• Develop and implement a Territory Plan with the Sales Director.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM.
• Meet and exceed performance standards as defined by SOP and the Wire 3 Sales Model.
• Attend and participate in sales meetings.
