Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• <2 years sales experience; business sales a plus.
• Wireless/telecom experience a plus.
• Proficient in Windows/Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer concerns by partnering across teams for solutions.
• Drive lifetime value by reducing churn and growing account base.
• Provide proactive/reactive support via inbound/outbound contact.
• Create customer-facing reports using Excel, PowerPoint, Samson, I-Billing.
• Complete training to stay current on systems, products, and sales approaches.
