Job summary

Responsibilities include end-to-end client journeys, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong emphasis on risk management and compliance.

Qualifications

• This role requires consultative sales experience in financial services or B2B sales.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and advise on levers for profitability.
• Strong outside sales mindset with prospecting focus.
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals and grow relationships.
• Knowledge of small business products and CRM familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end client journey to deliver needs and drive sales opportunities.
• Identify and refer small business opportunities and conduct relationship reviews.
• Deliver a branded customer experience in the field at least 80% of the time.
• Foster relationships with partners to increase small business opportunities.
• Advise clients on credit solutions and digital capabilities for goals.
• Support execution of the sales delivery model for SMB growth.
• Coach and develop associates and clients with a client-centric culture.
