Job summary

VF is seeking an Email Marketing Coordinator to support the CRM team in connecting customers to the Smartwool brand through email and direct channels. You will partner with the CRM Manager and vendors to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and help with reporting and analysis.

This role focuses on coordinating email creative processes, developing and deploying emails, providing post‑campaign insights, and contributing to planning and growth strategies.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in digital marketing or e‑commerce; email experience preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple projects with timelines and prioritization.
  • Proficiency with Excel and data‑driven reporting; knowledge of Google Analytics a plus.
  • Experience with an enterprise ESP such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud; HTML a plus.

Email Marketing Coordinator

The Email Marketing Coordinator will support the CRM team in connecting customers to the Smartwool brand and our products through email and other direct marketing channels. Working closely with the CRM Manager and vendor partners, you will ensure the successful delivery of email campaigns and support reporting and analysis.

Skills for Success
  • 2+ years of related digital marketing or e‑commerce experience; email experience preferred but not required.
  • Proven track record of managing projects and timelines, and of managing and prioritizing multiple projects with professionalism and flexibility.
  • Experience working with project‑management software, supporting data‑driven decision making with reports and analysis, and optimizing campaigns with A/B testing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics a plus.
  • Ability to draft a creative brief with clear communication objectives, messaging hierarchy and mandatories.
  • Clear communicator able to navigate the creative process and provide feedback.
  • Experience with an enterprise ESP (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud) a plus; HTML experience a plus.
  • Detail oriented and process driven.

Hiring Range: $56,160.00 USD - $70,200.00 USD annually.

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of additional compensation eligibility will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
