Smartwool in Denver, Colorado, is seeking a Senior Demand Planner to own the rolling forecast and drive S&OP alignment across functions. You will develop, monitor, and maintain demand plans using statistical forecasting, historical data, and input from sales and operations.

A day in the life of a Senior Demand Planner at Smartwool looks a little like this.
You’ll play a key role in the Demand Planning and broader Supply Chain process, helping the business anticipate demand and make informed planning decisions.
In this role, you’ll develop, monitor, and maintain a rolling demand forecast using statistical forecasting tools, historical trends, and sales projections from cross-functional partners and customers. You’ll support a strategic business unit and play a leadership role in the S&OP process, helping drive alignment and consensus around the demand plan.

$77,760.00 USD - $97,200.00 USD annually
This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
