Job summary

Marketech International Corporation USA (MICU) seeks a Smartsheet Developer to design, build, and maintain Smartsheet solutions that streamline processes and reporting. You will work with stakeholders to translate needs into scalable solutions and integrations.

The role requires 3–6 years of Smartsheet experience, API knowledge, and the ability to collaborate across teams. Expect hands-on development, governance, and end-user training across our enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–6 years of hands-on Smartsheet development or administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Smartsheet sheets, reports, dashboards, forms, workspaces, and automations.
• Experience with Smartsheet API and scripting.
• Experience integrating Smartsheet with third-party applications.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Understanding of project management and business process automation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Smartsheet sheets, dashboards, reports, forms, and workflows.
• Develop automations, approvals, alerts, and process improvements.
• Integrate Smartsheet with Jira, Salesforce, Teams, Power BI, and Microsoft 365.
• Develop API-based solutions using Python, JavaScript, or similar scripting languages.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Manage permissions, workspaces, and platform governance.
• Troubleshoot formulas, automations, integrations, and performance issues.
• Create documentation and support end-user training.
• Support Smartsheet Control Center, Dynamic View, and Bridge where applicable.
