Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Smartsheet SME to support large IT projects for our Utility Technologies Solutions team. You will drive execution, deliverable quality, and alignment with Leidos’ mission while working hands-on in Smartsheet to design and implement practical solutions.

The role focuses on enhancing Smartsheet environments, dashboards, and automation, with integrations to SAP and other SaaS platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and at least 4+ years of experience as an architect designing, enhancing and supporting Smartsheet solutions.
Hands-on experience building and enhancing Smartsheet solutions.
Experience with Smartsheet dashboards, reports, workflows, formulas, and automation.
Experience integrating SaaS platforms using APIs, connectors, middleware, or similar tools.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience with SAP integrations is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Evaluate existing Smartsheet solutions and identify opportunities for improvement.
Enhance sheets, dashboards, reports, forms, formulas, and automated workflows.
Design and support integrations between Smartsheet, SAP, and other SaaS applications.
Use APIs, connectors, middleware, or file-based data exchanges to support system integration.
Troubleshoot data, workflow, reporting, and integration issues.
Partner with business users and technical teams to translate needs into scalable solutions.
Document enhancements and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.
