Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Smartsheet SME to support large IT projects for our Utility Technologies Solutions team. The role focuses on driving execution, delivery, and optimization of Smartsheet environments, dashboards, reporting, automation, and integrations with SAP and other SaaS platforms.

The ideal candidate will work hands-on in Smartsheet to design, build, test, and implement practical solutions, collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver scalable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of architect experience; more years may substitute for degree.
• Hands-on Smartsheet design, build, test, and implementation experience.
• Experience with Smartsheet dashboards, reports, workflows, formulas, and automation.
• Experience integrating SaaS platforms using APIs, connectors, or middleware.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; SAP integrations preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing Smartsheet solutions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Enhance sheets, dashboards, reports, forms, formulas, and automated workflows.
• Design and support integrations between Smartsheet, SAP, and other SaaS applications.
• Use APIs, connectors, middleware, or file-based data exchanges for system integration.
• Troubleshoot data, workflow, reporting, and integration issues.
• Partner with business users and technical teams to translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Document enhancements and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.
