Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Smartsheet SME to drive the execution of IT projects for our Utility Technologies Solutions team. You will design, build, test, and implement practical Smartsheet solutions while collaborating with business and technical teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on Smartsheet work beyond administration, focusing on dashboards, automations, and integrations with SAP and other SaaS platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 4+ years of experience designing, enhancing and supporting Smartsheet solutions.
• Hands-on experience building Smartsheet solutions, dashboards, reports, and automation.
• Experience integrating SaaS platforms via APIs, connectors, or middleware.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with SAP integrations preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing Smartsheet solutions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Enhance sheets, dashboards, reports, forms, formulas, and automated workflows.
• Design and support integrations between Smartsheet and SAP and other SaaS apps.
• Use APIs, connectors, middleware, or file-based data exchanges to support system integration.
• Troubleshoot data, workflow, reporting, and integration issues.
• Partner with business users and technical teams to translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Document enhancements and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.
