Job summary

BWH Hotels in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a skilled Smartsheet administrator to lead configuration, dashboarding and automation across the Design Excellence program. You will manage system integrations with Salesforce and other apps, driving data visibility and cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of Smartsheet experience, strong reporting skills, and a proven track record in process improvement. This is a hybrid role with onsite days at the Phoenix headquarters.

Qualifications

• Advanced Smartsheet administration experience including workflows, forms, dashboards, reports and automation.
• Experience with system integrations and data management between business applications.
• Ability to evaluate and utilize technology solutions, including AI-enabled tools and automation to improve productivity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator and SME for Smartsheet platform, including configuration, templates, workflow design, and reporting.
• Maintain and enhance integrations between Smartsheet, Salesforce and other systems.
• Develop workflow improvements to streamline processes and improve data quality.
• Monitor AI capabilities to improve efficiency, reporting and operational effectiveness.
• Coordinate monthly design billing processes and related reporting.
• Manage design milestone communications and committee requests.
