The candidate will manage Smartsheet configurations, dashboards, and integrations with Salesforce, while driving process improvements and AI-enabled solutions for operational efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience administering Smartsheet or similar enterprise work management platforms, including workflow automation, reporting, dashboards, and system configuration.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary administrator and SME for Smartsheet, including configuration, templates, workflows, sheets, reporting, dashboards, and automation.
• Maintain and enhance integrations between Smartsheet, Salesforce, and other business systems for accurate tracking, reporting, and communication.
• Develop and implement workflow improvements to streamline processes, improve data quality, increase visibility, and enhance user experience.
• Monitor platform capabilities and AI solutions to improve efficiency, automation, reporting, and operational effectiveness.
• Manage monthly design billing processes and related reporting.
• Coordinate design milestone notifications, PIP distributions, probation requests, and Review Committee requests.
