Job summary

iFixScreens is looking for a Level 2 technician to work on smartphones, tablets, and computers in the Town of Greenwich, New York. The successful applicant will perform component repairs, including screen replacements and function key repairs, and should be familiar with major brands such as Apple and Samsung.

Able to communicate in both English and Spanish, the technician will assist customers with repair inquiries and be part of a collaborative team. A minimum of 6 months experience in this role is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Level 2 technician.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Experience with Apple, Samsung, HTC, and Motorola devices preferred.

Having first‑hand knowledge working on Apple, Samsung, HTC, and Motorola devices is highly sought after. If the applicant has any soldering experience, please include it in your resume.

The successful applicant will have at least 6 months of experience as a Level 2 tech.

The applicant must be fluent in English & Spanish and be able to communicate with customers who may have questions regarding a repair.

The chosen applicant will be a team player, outgoing, and eager to learn more about Level 3 repairs on smart devices.
