iFixScreens in Grayson, Georgia is looking for a Level 2 technician with experience in smartphone, tablet, and computer repairs. Applicants should be fluent in English and Spanish, have strong customer service skills, and at least 6 months of related experience. Knowledge of Apple, Samsung, HTC, and Motorola devices is preferred.

Your responsibilities will include diagnostics, repairs, and maintaining inventory. The work environment values a team player who is eager to learn more about advanced repairs.

Formación

iFixScreens is looking for a Level 2 technician working on smartphones, tablets, and computers. Applicant must be able to perform component repairs on most major brands including screen repairs, function key replacements, housings, batteries, and more. Having first‑hand knowledge working on Apple, Samsung, HTC, and Motorola devices is highly sought after. If the applicant has any soldering experience, please include it in your resume.

The successful applicant will have at least 6 months of experience as a Level 2 tech.

The applicant must be fluent in English & Spanish and be able to communicate with customers who may have questions regarding a repair.

The chosen applicant will be a team player, outgoing, and eager to learn more about Level 3 repairs on smart devices.

• Providing excellent customer service to all customers

Qualifications
