Job summary

iFixScreens is seeking a Level 2 technician in Snellville, Georgia, to work on smartphones, tablets, and computers. The successful applicant will have a minimum of 6 months of experience and must be fluent in both English and Spanish for effective customer communication. Prior experience with Apple, Samsung, HTC, and Motorola devices is preferred.

The role involves performing repairs, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining an organized work area. Applicants with soldering experience are highly desired.

Applicant must be able to perform component repairs on most major brands including screen repairs, function key replacements, housings, batteries, and more. Having first‑hand knowledge working on Apple, Samsung, HTC, and Motorola devices is highly sought after. If the applicant has any soldering experience, please include it in your resume.

The successful applicant will have at least 6 months of experience as a Level 2 tech.

The applicant must be fluent in English & Spanish and be able to communicate with customers who may have questions regarding a repair.

The chosen applicant will be a team player, outgoing, and eager to learn more about Level 3 repairs on smart devices.
