Job summary

iFixScreens is seeking a Level 2 technician in Lilburn, Georgia to work on smartphones, tablets, and computers. The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of experience and is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Your responsibilities will include diagnostics, repairs, and providing excellent customer service while maintaining a clean work environment. Experience with brands like Apple, Samsung, HTC, and Motorola is highly preferred. Applicants with soldering skills are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

Applicant must be able to perform component repairs on most major brands including screen repairs, function key replacements, housings, batteries, and more. Having first‑hand knowledge working on Apple, Samsung, HTC, and Motorola devices is highly sought after. If the applicant has any soldering experience, please include it in your resume.

The successful applicant will have at least 6 months of experience as a Level 2 tech.

The applicant must be fluent in English & Spanish and be able to communicate with customers who may have questions regarding a repair.

The chosen applicant will be a team player, outgoing, and eager to learn more about Level 3 repairs on smart devices.
