Job summary

iFixScreens in Lawrenceville, Georgia, is seeking a Level 2 technician for smartphone, tablet, and computer repairs. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience and fluency in both English and Spanish.

Your role will include diagnostics, maintenance of the work area, and excellent customer service. Experience with Apple, Samsung, HTC, and Motorola devices is preferred, as is the ability to perform soldering work.

iFixScreens is looking for a Level 2 technician working on smartphones, tablets, and computers. Applicant must be able to perform component repairs on most major brands including screen repairs, function key replacements, housings, batteries, and more. Having first‑hand knowledge working on Apple, Samsung, HTC, and Motorola devices is highly sought after. If the applicant has any soldering experience, please include it in your resume.

The successful applicant will have at least 6 months of experience as a Level 2 tech.

The applicant must be fluent in English & Spanish and be able to communicate with customers who may have questions regarding a repair.

The chosen applicant will be a team player, outgoing, and eager to learn more about Level 3 repairs on smart devices.
